The complex is located in IJburg, a quiet, water-rich area in bustling Amsterdam. This is a great place to stay for people who enjoy peace and quiet, but still like to be able to visit the city. Within walking distance you will find the shopping centre for daily amenities. The marina and various catering facilities are just around the corner. The centre of Amsterdam can be reached in no time by tram 26 and for car owners, the A1, A9 and A10 ring road are just a minute's drive away. LAYOUT:
By lift we arrive on the fifth floor. The front door of this flat is also the only front door in this communal hallway so hardly anyone else comes here. We walk through the front door into the spacious hallway, here you will find the meter cupboard, the central heating boiler cupboard, the toilet and the storage/laundry room. On the left side of the hall you can reach the two bedrooms, these also give access to the sunny balcony. The spacious living room and kitchen are on the other side of this little palace.
