Description
Bolestein 228 is a bright four-bedroom apartment (two or three bedrooms) of 92 m2 with balcony. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in Buitenveldert. The property is located in a lovely quiet residential area with lots of greenery and is close to the Amsterdamse Bos. The spacious storage room of approx. 7 m2 is located on the ground floor.
LAYOUT
Communal entrance on the ground floor with two lifts and stairs. The entrance to the apartment is located at the gallery.
We take you inside. Through the draught portal with space for coats and shoes, we enter the central hall which gives access to all rooms. The entire apartment has light wooden floor.
Immediately to the right is a bedroom with built-in wardrobe. Going left, we pass a somewhat smaller bedroom and access to the kitchen. This is equipped with various built-in appliances (electric oven, 5-burner gas hob with wok burner, bosch dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave). Next to the kitchen is a separate toilet and the spacious bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower screen, double sink, towel radiator, underfloor heating and separable washing machine space. The laundry room is convertible to a douche as it was originally. Before we enter the living room, I will point out the storage cupboard. The living room is spacious and bright and has a nice west-facing balcony. This allows the living room to warm up quickly in winter and stay nice and cool in summer. Ideal with today's energy prices. The built-in electric LED fireplace provides some extra warmth and cosiness. At the front of the living room there is a (lockable) room which is used as a bedroom by the current residents. If an extra bedroom is not needed, this room can also easily be added to the living room and used, for example, as an office.
ENVIRONMENT
The apartment is located on the edge of Buitenveldert, near Amstelveenseweg and a 5-minute walk from the Amsterdamse Bos. The Amsterdamse Bos is an ideal place for sports and nature lovers and features, among others, tennis courts, hockey and football fields, rowing and canoeing facilities, running routes and footpaths. For families with children, there are playing fields, a petting zoo and an open-air theatre. The VU Medical Centre and the Zuidas are at cycling distance. In the immediate vicinity are several local shops and a number of restaurants, but the Groot Gelderlandplein shopping centre and the Stadshart in Amstelveen with a diverse range of shops are also nearby. The property is very conveniently located to the A10, A4 and A9 motorways and therefore offers various arterial roads. The connection to public transport is excellent. Within a 5-minute walk, there are various tram and bus lines with direct connections to the city centre, Central Station, Amstelveen and Schiphol Airport. There is a parking permit system for residents and there is also paid parking.
