Property & Layout
Ground floor:
Through the sheltered front garden on the street side, you reach the entrance of the house. Upon entering, you step into a spacious hallway with access to the upper floors. The ground floor features a bright, generous living room that flows seamlessly into an attractive dining room. These two spaces are separated by beautiful large steel sliding doors, which are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
The dining room is directly connected to the SieMatic kitchen, fitted with high-quality Siemens built-in appliances. These include, among others, a combination steam/hot-air oven, a combination microwave/oven, a dishwasher and a spacious refrigerator. In addition, a practical crawl cellar, accessible from the kitchen, provides extra storage space.
From the dining room, French doors open onto the 15-metre-deep, sunny north-facing rear garden with a spacious, lockable rear entrance. At the back of the garden, there is a wooden shed with space for bicycles and garden equipment. The garden is deep enough to allow for a possible extension in the future.
First floor:
The first floor comprises three bedrooms: two spacious rooms and one slightly smaller room. The modern bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, double washbasins, a toilet and connections for a washing machine and dryer.
Second floor:
The extended attic floor offers two further spacious bedrooms, making this home ideal for a large family or for creating additional work or hobby spaces.

Personal note from the sellers
When we leave, we will have lived at Da Costalaan 30 with great pleasure for 25 years. It is with a touch of melancholy that we now leave this wonderful home behind. Our children grew up here and spent many years playing in the rear garden; from the sandpit and swing to the table tennis table.
When the children were younger, we regularly walked with them to Broersepark or cycled to the Goat Farm and the large children’s paddling pool in the Amsterdamse Bos. We have enjoyed many walks in the Amsterdamse Bos, coffees and drinks in both the front and rear garden, and the proximity to Amsterdam. For us, the time has now come to return to a home in the heart of the city.
