Dear future resident, Almost ten years ago, we purchased this apartment as a young couple. We have since become a family, with our one-year-old daughter, and we look back on an incredibly happy time here. The decision to move was therefore not an easy one. We have truly enjoyed living here, but we noticed that our desire to live more rurally, with a garden and closer to our daughter’s grandparents, grew stronger over time.
What makes this apartment so special to us is the combination of tranquility and liveliness. You step outside and are almost immediately surrounded by greenery, while the Vondelpark is also nearby. By bike, you can easily reach the city — shops, cafés, restaurants, concerts, and museums.
In terms of accessibility, the apartment is also ideally located: by train you are at Schiphol in no time, and by car you can quickly reach the ring road. In addition, we have experienced the neighborhood as warm and welcoming. There is always someone willing to offer advice on a DIY project or help with an extra parking space for visitors. The elevator is often a place for a friendly chat. We hope this apartment will find a new owner who will be just as happy here as we have been. We will certainly miss the unobstructed view of the greenery.
